Automate is a biennial event that promotes cutting-edge solutions in automation and showcases the latest innovations for robotics and motor control technologies.

For this event, Predictronics will be joining forces with our business partner, Advantech, a worldwide leader in Industry 4.0, IoT systems, and industrial automation.

Featured will be a platform demonstrating the capabilities of Advantech hardware to acquire and transfer data from industrial robots, as well as the ability of Predictronics’ Factory Sentinel software to interpret that acquired data for predictive analytics.

Factory Sentinel is a packaged software solution that specifically targets industrial robots that perform repetitive functions in order to ensure high accuracy and to predict and prevent machine downtime and hard failures.

This demo collaboration will demonstrate the intuitive interface and data visualization capabilities of Factory Sentinel while also highlighting the value it brings to real-world applications.

The purpose of Automate is to create true impact in the automation industry by reducing production cost, preventing wasted resources, and improving product quality and process efficiency.
